Great overall experience during the check-in process with Cassidy, who did an amazing job, considering she was still in training. Her co-worker who was coaching her was great, as she had a very patient and encouraging attitude in her coaching, add to that the fact that both had a very warm disposition which made the entire process a very positive experience. Customer service representative are friendly. They are willing to answer numerous questions and I didn't feel any hint of impatience. The storage compound and the storage unit itself are clean. Location looks secure. Drive paths are spacious. We're happy utilizing Public Storage.

I have found them very nice, and helpful. I broke my key off in the lock for unit. Roger was so nice, he took his tools and got the broken piece out of lock. I was happy I didn't have to buy another lock. Above and beyond duty.

We chose this property for location and price. The facility is clean. We felt safe due to the individual coded gate. The gate shuts behind you for added security. Cooper was particularly helpful. He told us about a special promotion, which we really appreciated and he was also very friendly. The special promotion that he told about saved us money and who doesn't want to save money! A lot of places will not tell you about a special promotion or take the time to be friendly. We will definitely use Public Storage again. Thanks Cooper for a great experience!

The storage staff are awesome and so pleasant. They really good out of their way to help you. My only complaint is that I transfered from one site to another site in less than three weeks and I had to pay the administration fee again so that was another twenty four dollars in really didn't want to spend. Customer service was absolutely no help in that matter and wouldn't budge. Otherwise for the short term I need it a good place to securely store my stuff.

I called Public Storage in South Reno to rent a large storage space. They had nothing available. Anthony checked other facilities in the Reno area. He came up with a satisfactory space in Northern Reno. We were able to hold the space until the weekend when we planned to arrive. Roger and Cooper were there to make the rental process and unloading simple and fast. Roger even came by with a bottle of cold water while we were loading our belongings into storage. We are very pleased with our decision to do business with Public Storage. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent some storage space in the Reno area.
