Easy and smooth booking and moving in

We had a very easy sign up, lease & insurance process online. Checking in for the unit on site was super easy as they had sent me the info for access code and left the lock with key in the unit. We easily maneuvered to the location of the unit, unloaded and locked up.

Move in was fast and easy. The unit was clean. And the staff was very quick to process me.

I was told on line that i could rent a unit at your storage 1st month half off. When I got there in person I had to pay full price. Disappointed I still rented the unit and liked the lady in the office.

Was very pleased with my overall experience at this Public Storage Property. Everything from check-in to check-out (15 months later) was handled very smoothly and expeditiously. The staff made me feel very welcome and handle every aspect of their job very effectively. Lani, in particular, stood out for her overall level of friendliness and professionalism. Being the worst winter in decades, I was somewhat concerned that my stuff may get damp or be subject to flooding. But as it turns out I had nothing to worry about.Everything was as I put it in on that first day. Administrative wise they are also very responsive and each month I would receive prompt e-mails giving me a receipt for payment.

I needed to move out of my apartment and needed a storage unit. I walked in and it was a very easy and fast process, the customer service was great. I would recommend Pubic Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit. That same afternoon I was moving all my belonging to my storage unit!

Great place. Secure, clean, friendly staff, easy access. Public Storage locations in general seem to have the best prices over all in the Reno area. Happy customer for several years.

In preparing for my move to Nevada, I'd called around to a few different storage facilities. Public Storage on Telegraph Ave in Reno stood out from the others due to really good service. There were some "variables" that arose relating to the move and each person at this location with whom I spoke was helpful and professional. So, big kudos and many thanks to Lani, Kristine and Lindsay. You really took some of the worry and stress out of the move! :)
