Overall great experience using self storage

I love the location, no hassel here. I went online, and before I knew it I was moving stuff in. It's never been that easy for me.

This is the second time I've used public storage.i was very satisfied the first time so I returned to use them again..I did enjoy the low first month move in special..the rates are also very affordable.the staff were very helpful/ polite/ the storage unit was clean/ easily accessible.i would highly recommend public storage to family and friends..and I will use public storage for any and all future storage needs.

The facility was clean and feels safe. The managers on duty however didn't seem to understand customer services or going the distance to make sure customers were fully taken care of.

Was fast and stress free. Sean was a huge help, he was very professional but friendly as well, so much so that we talked a bit about star wars and doctor who! What a top notch employee. The place felt clean and safe. 10/10 would recommend. I'm telling all my friends, might even tell my grandma! Thank you, sir!

Service was awesome & the local staff was more than helpful and accommodating. Advertising is very very misleading! When you call the corporate office to reserve a space unit the representive just wants to book an appointment as I'm sure that's how they get paid. Once the reservation is made a local office contacts you immediately (nice) but unpleasantly to surprise I reiterate my needs for room and of course the local office stated that the space reserved would never work and I had to switch to a larger unit which of course is more money then upon arrival had to go one more size up again! Advertising states a $1 for the first month. For people in a jam it is very intising. However once you have to buy the lock for $20 and the numerous administration fees plus mandatory insurance it still cost a total of $108 to get in the door which is about aquivalent to a normal months rent. Overall satisfied except the bait and switch tactics. Not cool.

The storage facility is fine but the price is high and the added $24 admin fee seems to cancel out any discount

We've never had to use a storage unit before. Public Storage had just what we needed as far as location, size, cleanliness, price, customer service, and security. Thank you!

I have rented two storage lockers and when i moved in the second day I noticed a sign that said the first months rent just a dollar. That is all the sign said. When I asked about the special I was told that only applied to certain lockers. Guess what, my lockers did not qualify. I said the sign does not say that but I was assured that was the policy. Needless to say I was not impressed. Thank you, Rob Ritter
