Lacey helped me out of a very difficult last-minute debacle, as I was not able to fly out to Reno to get my car like I had planned- she agreed to waive their standard policy upon hearing my situation, and I now know my car is safely stowed away until I return to town. Thank you again, Lacey!

They staff did a great job getting us checked in. She was very helpful and patient when I couldn’t find all my current paperwork. The place is easy to find and a quick Uber back to town. The place seemed secure and was very clean.

I was having to move and it was very stressful, Lacey was very nice and professional, she made our move in very easy. The unit is very large, high ceilings, ground level pull up, easy in and out.

Be aware that this is located on EAST Greg. If you go to Greg, it is just tile stores and Basalite. The listing does not show the letter “E” for east on the address.

Place is perfect for my needs. Price is right and access is sufficient. Place could use a paint job to make it more appealing. At first glance it does look a little shady.

In a pinch with time, we found Sparefoot storage in Sparks, Nevada, was not only the best value, but we received the best service as well. I spent most of time driving from Reno to Sparks and the directions were spot on and easy to find. Lacey was very helpful in finalizing the paperwork and giving us instructions on getting into our storage. We actually were ready to head down the road within an hour of unpacking. I highly recommend for not only the money I save but for the peace of mind our vehicle will be safe for as long as we chose to store it there. Ready like the month to month auto pay. This Business is great.
