Facility is clean. The gal that manages the facility was really nice and accommodating. Was there for four hours and needed a restroom to get for of the coffee I was drinking all morning. No luck.

I have personally killed 100ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s of mice at the Lockwood Location. You have to call one of the other facilities in Sparks with any issues because this facility is not staffed. I Notified them of the mice issue and I still have mice. There is so much mice urine on my stuff, it is so unsanitary. The rate was fair at $319 per month for a 20x20 when I rented there in December of 24. Since then they have had multiple price increases and now that same unit is $414. This facility isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even staffed for the convenience of the tenants. Think twice before renting here.

Location is good. Price is good.

when i called we set an appointment for Wed at 9AM. I was there. No one at the office. Called the number on the door. Had to drive back into Sparks on Vista Dr to do paperwork and pay. Ehen drive back to Lockwood to set things up. It seems your call center is not in Sparks/Reno and the people have no clue what is going on here. Don't worry, everything is setup and seems to be working. Will contact you next wee for next month.

So far all good. The sign up and check-in process was super easy and fully remote. The facilities seem super clean and secure.

We have particular needs for our storage the staff was very helpful in meeting and exceeding those nerds. We are very satisfied with this facility and the staff.

The only complaint I have is the 10X10 is stack high, not deep on floor use. You have to have a ladder to utilize your space and this makes it very hard for appliances or furniture. I don't like the setup, but the price was good for the first 2 months and it was the closest to me I could find. 7 miles away from my home.

If all the fees were upfront from the start, i would give this a 5/5 rating! I knew about the non-refundable startup admin fee, but then I was just about to pay for everything, the person helping me let me know of an additional $15-20 PER MONTH charge for insurance reasons. I asked what it was and why it wasn't listed or brought up and she said it was standard but 'not something to worry about' -
