I thought I ordered a 5 by 10 but it was a 5 by 5 Lady was a little rude because my daughter had the leash to the dog blocking the door when we were moving stuff in. So we had to rush and move in in faster so the doors wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t close than when we were in and organizing the storage she checked and wanted to make sure things would fit and was rude to my friend than my friend was rude back it was just not a very good experience she was nice when it was just be there when she was showing the unit but then was giving dirty looks when my friends were there helping me move in.

Sounds like a decent place but they seem to have some issues with leaks from what I heard so something to consider. However, we moved everything ourselves but they had carts available, the lock isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t too sturdy though

Amazing place to store stuff.

I rented a 10x10 but was not told until after the fact that is was two 5x10 spaces, so you have two purchase two locks. No wavers given even though not told.

First of all i wanna say thank you to the girl in dispatch she's amazing and so professional, i liked everything about this place good price the unit was clean and the security it's perfect!!!

Renting experience at this establishment succeeded my expectations. The woman who assisted me was very helpful and kind. I could tell she cared about my experience, I thought she owned the place! I accidentally locked my key on a different unit when I left. She called me that night and told me not to worry, she would secure my things until I was there in the morning. Lovely experience.

I would recommend store quest above all other company. There is no comparison, and or company that can match there facilities, amenities, there service, and employee dedication. They are my favorite storage facility I have ever been a coustomer at over the past 20 years. Price was right. Great staff. Everything went really smooth from the reservation to paperwork to move in date. One of the best things is I feel a weight off my shoulders knowing our things are safe and secure.

I just moved back to Reno and needed a small unit for a few items. I found this storage facility and the price was great for a 5×5. I received very friendly and courteous service, everything was explained in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this storage facility to everyone.

I just need to reiterate that this is a great storage facility. The customer service from the office staff, Geraldine & Sharon is excellent. The storage facility itself is very pleasant and secure. It is new, clean, and climate controlled. There are clean bathrooms available. Everything is wonderful about this storage facility. The only one small complaint I have is that there was a wait time of up to 20 minutes to use the moving carts. There are three moving carts which can be tied up when busy. This only happened once, so I don't think it will be a problem in the future. Overall, this is an excellent storage facility located in a safe environment. Thank you.

I have to admit that Geraldine and Sharon provided some exceptional customer service. Everything is excellent about this storage unit. It is clean, safe and climate controlled. Sometimes there is a log jam when it comes to using the moving carts. Most of the time there is not a problem with this. Once, we had to wait about 20 minutes just to get a moving cart. Overall, everything is great.

The whole process was super easy, and very quick! Jerladi helped me fill out all my paperwork and get situated in less than 10 mins ! The place was squeaky clean since itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s brand new and the security is solid here cameras everywhere and pin access only.

I was really impressed on the safety, not only for myself but my belongings. The staff is friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make sure you understand everything. If you have a problem they fix it quickly. When we need a storage unit this is where we'll be going from now on!

It was a little difficult only because of the coronavirus but overall it was great. Customer service was excellent and was able to get a unit on the first floor and not too far in so it made unloading a breeze.

Needed a storage asap. Booked my appointment first thing in the morning, got my lock, code and unit within 15 mins of registration. Due to the covid-19 social distancing, I respected and understood their process of doing everything through the phone and email and still got excellent service. I'm very happy with how smooth the transaction was and was given a very generous discount. Storage unit and building was very clean and sanitary. They took the time to explain things and I was given really good instructions on how to open, close and use the lock. Overall my experience was great. I would recommend to all my friends and family. And on a side note: I absolutely love that they ask what you would be storing so they match with the right size storage unit. That helped so much.
