We require each tenant to be enrolled in our Protection Plan to satisfy the lease. Please inquire with the Store Manager that is on-site after making your reservation regarding the size of unit you will be renting and the level of coverage specified for that unit.

The lady in the office was so awesome. She explained everything thoroughly. I kept my reservation even though the units are outside. I don't like that when snow or rain season comes there's a chance for my items to get wet. But due to the amazing price I stayed & it's only for 3 months so I can deal with the place not being top notch like other places. Plus it's convenient to the location I'll be moving into next month. The location makes me be more alert of my surroundings but overall people have been really nice around there. Also the locks on the door's are kinda hard to get on because they're older style but I feel good knowing my lock is on there snug, tight & safe. I will use them again in the future if I ever need a storage unit again but I'll keep in my mind to put crates under my stuff to help prevent it from any water type damage.

I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t say enough how great my experience has been. I was unable to secure my reservation online so I called the facility and Tiffany let me know she could hold my unit until Saturday when I could come in. Something came up and she was not going to be in Saturday so she took the time to call me and let me know and ask if I can come in sooner. She moved her day around for me and worked hard to assure our unit was ready on short notice. We abruptly had to leave our home and had nowhere to go and her positive attitude and assistance really helped ease our stress.

Although the sheds are older and show some use they are in good shape and accommodate. Close to our residence, affordable, and the right size. Tiffaney assisted and could not be more pleasant.

When I first looked on-line at the facility, I was a little disappointed. The facility pictured on the website was not the Sun Valley location. It was a little misleading. So I decided to go to the Sun Valley facility to check the availability for the unit I needed. Tiffany was working that day, and she was awesome. She helped me with my reservation and gave me peace of mind, knowing that I had some place to store my furniture. Very happy.

I have been to this place long time ago there were wonderful elderly people here and they were amazing and now thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s new people and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a great place to return the prices due to COVID are a little high but worth it
