Absolutely NO STAR! We rented our unit before moving abroad. Retuning to the US to collect our property we notice there was a water leak. Damages estimates close to $3,000. I spoke to the site manager which refered me to the owner. I have emailed numerous times, texted pictures as requested and mailed a certified letter! Each has been ignored! Over the years we have paid over $6,000 to store our belongings only to find priceless memories lost, furniture destroyed and artwork and countless items taken over by mold! It has been a month I have been trying to contact someone to help with this matter!! DO NOT USE "A METRO STORAGE!" Just so your aware our unit was on Troy/Schenectady road. UNFORTUNATELY I am unable to add pictures to this review.

This is a great facility. My only complaint is that appointments must be made even during normal business hours to access the space and there are no weekend hours at all. The lack of weekend hours is especially inconvenient.

Had 2nd floor available and elevator with hand cart to make move easy. As it was just myself moving a 2br apt into unit. Security is good and friendly helpful service from the customer service Rep at storage office. 4stars from me.
