My experience with this place has been great right from the get go. Reserving the space was quick and easy, A week or two before move in Andrew contacted me with info on how the do the paperwork before move in. The day we moved in we got our key and moved the stuff in, quick, easy, and no hassle. Andrew was extremely pleasant to work with, very easy going, and made everything as easy as possible. He answered all our questions, and followed up after the move in to assure everything was to our satisfaction. I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Don't be turned down by the neighborhood you drive through, this is by far the most secure and most pleasant experience I ever had with a storage unit. Andrew is one of the most professional people I ever had to deal with. As far as the unit goes it is one of the most state of the art security systems I've delt with. The facilities are clean and very well kept. Would reccomend to anyone and everyone.

This is a great place for storage. It was quick and easy and not very expensive. A bit of a drive form my campus but worth it!

I needed a storage unit for the summer months and decided to go with ISS. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. He accommodated us very well and on super short notice. You can't beat the prices here, this was the cheapest I found and he gives a student discount which is great. The place is temperature controlled and very clean with many different unit sizes to choose from! Great service and great owners who really care about their costumers, I 100% recommend this place!

I really like this storage its very clean when i first went to move in my stuff from college i thought it was creepy because the storage is located in kind of a empty area.The climate control definitely works it was nice and cool, i would recommend this to anyone I feel safe leaving my things their for the summer.

As part of relocating to this area, I needed to put almost everything I own into storage for a few months. It was important to me that the facility be safe, secure, clean and dry. I was favorably impressed by this facility immediately. Without question, it met all my criteria, and it did so at a very reasonable cost. The real bonus is the management. I found the manager to be friendly, attentive, and seriously involved in delivering the service that I and all my stuff needed for a successful experience. Everything works very nicely at Inside Storage Solutions. If you are looking for storage, this company deserves your most serious consideration.

Fabulous customer service!!!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Storage Solutions. I made contact with a human every time I called, and it was so easy to get set up over the phone and deal with everything remotely (via phone or email for paperwork). The paperwork took no time to push through and billing happened automatically. They have a great system that allows you access with an electronic fob, and all the storage units are inside a large climate-controlled building. I felt perfectly comfortable there and would recommend it to anyone for short- or long-term use.

Andrew has been an excellent in communicating with me and accommodating with what I needed. The storage is pretty inconspicuous and well-monitored so the facility is very secure. The price for my unit was also a steal for what it is around the area. During my moving day, my movers arrived at the storage facility before I do and Andrew guided them over the phone over some aspects of the moving. My unit was ransacked by some rats but that was because I accidentally left a protein bar in my bag. That was my fault so PLEASE, future renters, make sure you do not accidentally leave any food in any of your storage boxes. All in all, my experience has been wonderful.

This facility is clean, spacious, well maintained, affordable and is ideal solution for all your unique storage needs. This really is inside storage, in a large, super-clean, rehabbed industrial building. Very safe. Very well run. Well lit. Comfortable. As close to climate controlled as you can get, without the higher price. Great rates, and excellent customer service. Forget those outdoor tin cans! Five stars!

I was actually in a pickle looking for storage the day I was moving out of my dorm and luckily I found this place. They actually have an amazing deal for college students, $100 for 3 months! I reserved and moved in within a 4 hour period. Really glad I found this place, definitely recommend it! The only thing is that I still haven't received any paperwork and I was told that it would be emailed to me. But I'm a special case I think
