The manager, Miss Mackenzie, is the best! She is super helpful and on top of her job. They have a kiosk as well with virtual assistants who were very helpful as well (shout out to Miss Mady who was great!!).

I arrived at 9:40 and the sign said it closes at 10pm. Great! I looked up my gate code and typed it in and it was wrong. I tried and tried to no avail (even went through all the emails sent to me). I finally found the 1-800 number around 9:50-9:55 and after holding for a bit, told them what was going on and sure enough, the email had the wrong code. They gave me the code only to say it's 10 now so you can't get in. They couldn't get me in or make an exception so instead of driving the 3 hours home, I had to get a hotel so I could go back in the morning. Facility is clean and secure and a good value but I'm out the cost of a hotel because of a mistake by them.

Was able to book online very, easily. When arrived to facility, realized I was missing a certain code to gain access in. Called the number, I believe his name was Josh (forgive me) was very helpful, and understand of my needs to complete my experience. He was so helpful, when our call was disconnected. I just called back to make sure he knew I was good and also to thank him!

I was very impressed with the user friendly on-line rental process. There was a minor glitch in getting my authorization code activated, but the person on duty was quick to assist and clear up the problem. The unit had been well cleaned and ready for me to move into. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

Quick and easy process to obtain a unit. Crystal was terrific and reached out almost immediately upon my booking the unit, providing all details needed to access successfully. The only challenge is the actual sliding lock on the unit. It's hard to open / shut unless you line it up perfectly. It's taken a few tries, but not a barrier.

This was my first time using a storage facility, as well as using their external computer for paperwork/info, and the woman on staff 4/30/21, whose name I sadly can't remember, popped her head out the door asking me if everything was alright. She would then go on to help me get the lock I purchased out of the stuck shute as well as opening the package for me with her scissors. She was so helpful and went out of her way to help me without being asked. I would later see her roaming the storage areas with a broom and garbage vessel cleaning up anything she'd see littering the area. So not only was she very helpful, but also a major contributor to the cleanliness of the storage facility. Anyone seeking to store their belongings would greatly appreciate the affordable services & support provided by Prime Storage!
