Overall, my experience was excellent. The people that I spoke to on the phone Eric especially was very helpful and when I got to the facility, they took care of me right away, and they were very thorough and explaining everything I found the facility to be extremely clean and accessible, and I was very happy with my experience.

I didn't get the gate instructions when I was at the location interacting with the Virtual Assistant. It was a bit difficult to get my account set up and I didn't find out until the next day that I needed another app to actually open the gate. Other than that, my experience has been positive

Although it is a lower price than other places, I do wish it was lower for the smallest 5x5, especially because of the mandatory $15. If I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need the space urgently, I would have held out of the cheaper place I found.
