Climate control remain to be seen. Neat place. however bottom of door entry/ exits are worn & need repair to keep critters out. Need to be sprained for spiders. Otherwise location is good.

There is a wasps nest in my unit on the floor that I had to get rid of on my own. I have an additional $16.xx charge after I just paid $69.xx . I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t understand.

Clean and bright inside, lights came on as I walked to unit and adequate lighting to see inside entire unit. Door operation was smooth. Outside gate was easy to open with code. Able to access buildings from 2 sides. Good parking, areas to turn around if not drive completely around.

I've resigned myself to the fact that I needed additional storage and pay for it. However, I was completely shocked that my rent went up $56.00 a month after only 4 months. When I addressed the issues of excessive rent increase over such a short time, the people in the office said they would forward my concerns and get back to me. Now it is weeks later and not a word one way or the other. That is not good customer service and that is main reason for the low rating.

All I see is higher costs and more headaches. I've never had a rodent issue during the previous 20 years. Now I have issues and to top it off im paying 25% more from 2 years ago. How do you explain the rent increase ? I think long term (tenants) should get a discount. Also, I was charged additional for the mandatory insurance coverage when I have 3 million of coverage with my business insurance that was submitted when requested. To this date I have not gotten a credit.

The email/text reminders need to be consistent. My last months invoice I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get the email/text until after the due date and it resulted in a hefty late charge that they would not waive. Poor customer service in that respect. Lorraine in the office is awesome!

Is far to expensive for the size unit I have. Harassed with emails and texts and calls on the day my.paykent is due saying it's not paid even though I have autopay on. Wanted to charge me $20 when I asked for a few days extension during peak covid issue with not getting my paycheck when I was supposed to. I would not recommend this place to anyone

My storage unit is disgusting! The ceiling has dirt dropping down onto all of my belongings! Mouse droppings all over my things as well! It seems that my monthly bill goes up at least twice a year making it EXTREMELY unaffordable!

We have had issues with length of time lights are on, which has been updated. Immediate help with snow and ice removal, etc. There were issues with the air conditioning and it was looked into and fixed. We are pleased with the staff and the building.

Ive been a customer of this facility since I was a little kid. Im now 36. In the last few years rates have gone up significantly & require all to purchase insurance as well. These units are not weather tight, I have experienced collateral damage to my things due to this, and have found 1000's of mouse droppings in my unit. You want to charge a premium but you offer a 3rd class item and no plan to upgrade or renovate beyond the ever growing price that we pay, which is comparable brand new facilities.

Prices are way to high, would work for short term storage, which it what I was supposed to be doing. Besides getting charged late fees for the mail being late,, my payments are sent from the bank and was sent out over a week in advance, I received a letter that threatened to have my unit auctioned off in 2 weeks because I had a balance of $2.00, yep that was TWO DOLLARS for a month really cemented my decision to start emptying out my unit.

Brand new; happy with storage; Seems expensive but haven't used storage prior to this. Very inflexible with payments; have automatic payment coming from my checking and when it arrived one day late they try to charge extra $2

I dint like that the price increased after only being there 9 months, The unit was dirty when I opened it for the first time and had to sweep it out - thought it would have been clean for a new tenant.

The storage unit was decently clean and customer service was ok. Price was quite misleading because on top of the advertised price promotion, they required insurance be purchased and payed monthly (could go through homeowners but wasn’t told I’d have to until I was right there signing paperwork), suggested to buy their lock, and asked to pay for other extras. Also $25 “admin fee” on top of first month rate. And was asked more than once if I was sure the small size I’d reserved would be enough and if I wanted to upsize.
