Where to begin? The onsite staff are helpful and professional; however The main security gate doesn't close so your main security feature is not there, and hasn’t been for 4 or more months, there is a huge landfill/dump across the road that is putting out methane gas 24/7 that gets into your unit, they raise the price arbitrarily every few months. I was there 5 months starting at $50.00 per month, then $85.00 after a couple of months, now $125.00. Ridiculous price, so I gave my proper notice and moved out. Meanwhile they had auto debited my new payment and tell me”we don't give refunds”. So essentially stealing your money. Evidently these practices are the norm with this company from what I see on social media and from speaking to other people. I strongly advise not dealing with this company..

Office is often closed and inaccessible. Been calling daily and been told manager will return phone call same day, 3 days have passed and still no call back. Avoid this storage facility at all costs
