I used a third party company to book a reservation. The process was easy and moved in 3 days later. Customer service is great as well, if they missed my call they called back within minutes.

The code to get in to the facility doesn't work. Customer service was helpful and just let us in but the code still doesn't work and I'm supposed to be able to go in and out without having to call every time.
