So far, Room to Spare has been excellent for us. The manager worked with me on move-in and has explained everything very well. I have used several storage units through the years, and this facility has had about the simplest start I could have imagined.

After I made an online registration, I went to the office and they had me in and out within a few minutes after completing the paperwork. Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions.

After shopping around for various facilities in the Capital District I found Room To Spare storage. The price was right, and when I arrived at the facility I was a little surprise that the price was so low, because the facility is awesome. When I went inside the building was a little cold, which is perfect. My impression is that the temperature is going to be fine no matter what time of year it is, and that's important if you're storing electronics. Very happy with the place thus far.
