Absolutely horrible customer service. The girl that answers the phone should get a lesson in the fact customers are your bread and butter. Pass it on to the owner because he refuses to answer text or email.

I like that it's indoors in a building and the 9-5 access makes it secure.

Expecting it to be like other storage units, roll up metal doors, higher ceilings and more light. Navigation inside space of building is not easy

Seems like a safe place. But it's not fully set up yet. They need to secure the front door so not just anyone can walk into the building. The front door needs to be secure with some sort of an electronic device and the people who rent a storage units should be given a individual passcode to allow them to enter into the building and access their storage units.

Many units to choose from in this storage facility converted from office space. Therefore, storage is indoors & climate-controlled. Consequently, facility is only open 9-5 but that includes Sat. & Sun.

We had to move our daughter out of her dorm with little notice bc of the Coronavirus, the staff was helpful and did everything they could to accommodate us during this crazy time.

The price is great. I shopped around and they had the best prices in the area. Space is undergoing renovation but my space was clean and the check in process was a breeze. Staff was accommodating and helpful.

Outstanding service overall! They are very patience to resolve any concerns and issues! They would go out of the way to help you with any issues and concerns!

I was initially very unhappy with Space Savers, and wrote a negative review. However, their office contacted me later, and made accommodations to address my concerns. I am satisfied with the way things worked out.

Professional oriented service which gave me confidence to leave my belongings there. They're in the middle of some maintenance but still managed to keep it neat and clean. Plus no attitude. I highly recommend them. Steven

I reserved a 5x5 unit. When I arrived, I learned that it was a cube, and that I would have the top one in a stack of two. It required a ladder to access. In addition, the dimensions were much closer to 4x4 x4 than they were to 5x5. If I hadn't already hired a truck and labor, I would have walked out. And, that was exactly what I was invited to do when I complained. "Well, this is the unit that we have for that price. If you don't like it, don't rent it." False advertising, plus terrible customer service. I'm a very unhappy customer. One more note. The rep that I spoke with at SpareFoot described this unit as similar to a small walk-in closet. I'm guessing that you didn't have the height information either. It's definitely a small cube, rather than a closet.
