Only complaint is the unit wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t cleaned out before I moved in. I cleaned it myself. Justin was very helpful, professional and courteous. I just think the pricing on the third floor units that are so far from the elevator are very, very steep. Also, the two moving carts need to be fixed or replaced. The wheels are very very hard to move.

What made me choose this location was the promotion they had 1 month free. Priceses are decent could be lower. It's in the cut and private. Security for the facility is high advance ,Camera are everywhere so you don't have to worry about your stuff being stolen. customer service is good.

I have to say their prices are the cheapest around. i have a few storages in different areas that are all $20-30 more. Customer service is always super friendly. I have zero complaints, just wish it was 24 hours.

Very quick and easy check in. The guy working the counter did a great job. Very clean place and I like the fact it's tucked back so nobody knows it's there. The one thing that gets me is the maze you have to go threw in order to find ur unit.

I'm in between places right now and have a ton of things to store from a one bedroom apartment I was able to fit almost everything from top to bottom should have gotten a 10x10 but the 5x10 price was too good to pass up

I had rented a unit on Monday giving all my info at the office. I needed to rent another unit on Thursday and had to again go through all info again while my help sat in the car and waited,just seemed very redundant when all that information was available.
