The customer service went above and beyond to help me. The 2 lady were such sweethearts you don't find to many people like that any more. The only problem I had was the 2 oil stains on the ground. But I sent them pictures threw the text so they knew. That's the best feature for me.

Really need to have lights in the back of the lot for those who have the storage in the back…. I was scared to death to move stuff in there because it was pitch black.

I moved from a two bedroom apartment to a single room and the women in the office was very helpful in helping me decide which size unit I would need. I arrived for paperwork 5 minutes before she was out for the day but she had no problem helping me get signed up.
