I love prime storage it was very easy to get a storage from them front desk lady was very nice and helpful so i recommended it to anyone that need storage.

I do not recommend this place at all. Not sure why they offer online registration because when you get to the facility there are no signs telling you where you should go or where the entrance is. The whole purpose of this, is so things are convenient for those who cannot make it to the office. I lost a lot of money on my move in day as I came in after the office closed but could not get into my unit because of the lack of information given to me and the lack of proper signage at the property. I had to pay for helpers twice because of there lack of instructions. Then when I finally am able to get to my unit the next day. There was only 1 cart to help me offload. According the the Nataly at the front desk. She said they were too heavy for her to move. So me and my crew had to hall ass because I also got stuck w. a U-haul Truck for a 2nd day thanks to them. Let me not get started on Customer Support after hours.... THERE IS NONE. So, if you do online registration BEWARE. Go elsewhere. They obviously do not not the stress of moving as there LACK of customer service proves it.
