They were very nice and helpful

The access to the building facility was easy. However; The second floor was not quickly accessible. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very cold inside, so that wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t a plus. I believe security should be also be hired for safety. On another positive note, the online process was easy.

They have recently started charging me $279 per month from $230, starting Oct 2022. I had lost my job at the end of Oct, partially due to my age (64) and that I have symptoms from multiple cancer operations - perfect timing! So in order for me to get a better rate I'll need to move out and start as new renter there or somewhere else. Been at Bay Shore for 4 1/2 years (and 7 - 10 years at a different location) testing my loyalty by jacking up the monthly rate ($185 - $279/ month increase).Can't be loyal for too much longer,I'll go broke!

Called from ad off internet. Spoke with 1st person who told us to go to office next day and they would show us unit. The store never heard of 1st person. Wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t show any unit. Wanted to Reserved unit. Asked for specific building wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t do. Said they have a lot of our size. On 3 rd day paid for unit and young man at counter was very nice and walked me to the unit so I could see. Said there were no openings in any of buildings and did not have any other units available contrary to 2 Nd fellow who said they had a lot of units. If this sounds confusing it was. On plus side decent price and appears safe.

One employee at a time leaves the office empty on a lot of occasions making it very inconvenient.

Knowledgeable manager. Explained everything in detail and gave the proper recommendation for the right size storage facility.

Abraham the manager of this public storage facility provided me with amazing customer service and he and his staff were also very friendly. If you are looking for a storage facility that has a courteous staff and is very affordable, I would recommend public storage in Bayshore New York. I had an awesome experience.

My girlfriend an I currently rent at this property and we're very happy with the service. The property is very clean, Abraham is very helpful and friendly . I have been renting here a long time an this is the best service I have received while being a customer here. I recommend this company for any of your storage plans.

After losing my home of 40 years and my mother within weeks of each other,the two gentlemen working their first Abraham and then Anthony have been a blessing to deal with pros like them. They are understanding of my situation and try and help however they can, be it just listening to me vent even if it has nothing to do with storage, or making suggestion on options when I needed a 2ed storage unit, looking into a possibility of a leak in one unit (was not but something we keep eye on). It make storing my things I have left my life easier and I know they are secure and in good hands. All went well. But the number given to me for the gate didn't work.

Last minute. Needed to move without any hassle or confusion. Jasmine and Danielle handled everything. Got supplies and a unit without having to add additional stress. Done!! Thank you.
