Overall I am happy thus far with this facility. Communication needs to be a little clearer when purchasing a unit online, as I was unaware my unit had a piece of the building fixture in it until after purchasing the rental storage space. The only other issue is that I received a promotional price for 4 months and could not be told what my charges would be in advance for the 5th month. I was informed that I would received a letter in the mail with my new rate. Hoping my rate is not going to be outrageous our I'll have to find another storage place.

I went in with a unit in mind for a cost I liked. Jay actually found me one a little cheaper that was even a bit larger and closer to the elevator - sweet! It all worked out perfectly. I'm pretty sure I interrupted his dinner when I came in but he immediately helped me, took his time and showed me a few different units. This guy really went above and beyond to help me out. I couldn't be more appreciative of him. I'd recommend this facility to people mostly because of Jay. The place has extended access hours for auto pay, which is nice.

The StorQuest building is so clean that it appears brand new. The manager, Dave, is friendly, helpful, and efficient in getting you set up in your space. There are plenty of moving carts at the entry point. Two things I would wish for: (1) an app to operate the gate from oneﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s phone so you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to get out of the car to do that, and (2) access to the restroom when the main office is closed. Excellent storage facility overall.

Signed up on 8/15/23. The manager Dave was very patient throughout all my questions. He made me feel very comfortable in entrusting the company with my personal possessions. The facility is extremely and very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend to any friends or family members

We needed storage for some business inventory and the check in was quick and easy. The place is clean and new and has a great loading dock in the back making it very easy for our movers (especially on a day when it was 100 degrees). The facility is well air conditioned. We found ourselves in need of a 2nd unit immediately and the Manager Dave, got us one in no time. So far we are very happy!
