I got my unit online and when I went in person to finalize I was greeted by David . He was very pleasant and thorough , provided me with a tour of the facility and showed me my space. It was an easy and quick process. The facility is clean as well. So glad I switched to this place

As a first time storage space renter I wasn't sure what to expect. I have to say the entire process from online reservation to in person booking was seamless and easy. I originally decided on this storage location because they were far cheaper than other options in the area for the same size unit. The facility itself is well lit and clean. Hours of access are sufficient too. I would definitely recommend StorQuest in West Babylon to others.

Ester and Ennio made me feel like I was at home. Ester was very friendly and helpful-I enjoyed speaking with her, while she prepared my paperwork. I could tell she enjoyed her job & she has a positive spirit. I appreciate the design of the facility it is set up like you drive into a garage looking area to load and unload so the weather is never an issue. I look forward to sharing my storage discovery experience with my friends and family.
