From the moment we walked in til after we left with we're given 5-star service not only from the store manager who was assisting us but from the other staff who just happened to be passing through or working along side us. The entire facility was clean, well-lit, air-conditioned, and completely secure. This exceeded all my expectations!!!

Customer service is sometimey- a couple of the people are great, a couple are not so great. Overall the customer service left more to be desired. The facility is really nice and the units are nice. The price I got was great BUT they're not sticking to their word on how much they're charging me! I'm hoping that'll get resolved soon.

Great customer service. The first unit they showed us that I reserved was hard to open, they immediately did everything possible to get us another unit. When that ended up not being possible they fixed it right away.
