CubeSmart Self Storage - Bronx - 1880 Bartow Ave

I went with a friend who actually purchased a storage for himself. Paperwork was quick and simple to read. One think, I feel, should be considered is accommodations for people with Disability/Handicap at a fare rate and not based on cheaper if higher level units and more costly if lower level units. Other than that clean, customer service great and would highly recommend.

Horrible, horrible, pervasive stench of sewer gas! As if that wasn't bad enough, the total lack of signage or directional markers or ANY way of intelligently directing patrons around the identical looking corridors of this labyrinth shows a strong disregard for paying customers.

I got my storage place quick fast and it was easy I'll accessible for me. People were nice and addressed all my questions Happy to do business with cube smart

Quick and easy access to the storage room. Reasonable price.

The process was mostly seamless. After a small hiccup when I asked for a different safe, all was well within the day.

First experience was very good. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

So far,so good. My cube light bulb died and a gentleman who works there replaced it right away, skinny light skinned...forgot his name: He was very resourceful.

The security monitors are directly behind where the staff sits. They do not have eyes behind their heads so they can't be monitoring the screens to assure our safety and lack of theft in the parking lot. I tried the intercom and no one answered. I waited, and tried again. No one answered. I went to the office and asked why no one answerer and was told that they had turned the sound down. not watching monitors due to faulty design not their fault. turning down the volume on the intercom..... someone should explain that one.

Excellent customer service with polite employees who were very helpful. The place is like fort knox--my junk should be safe there. Price is comparable and it's clean and organized.
