CubeSmart Self Storage - Bronx - 255 Exterior St

It was a pretty clear process. The only thing is that the storage wasn't cleaned out. But I informed the staff and they took care of it. Very professional and apologized for any inconvenience.

Sasha at 255 Exterior in the Bronx was extremely professional. I ordered a unit that I didn't not like after seeing it in person, and Sasha understood my needs and immediately helped me find the right size and unit. She explained all the terms and went out of her way to make sure the entire transaction and visit went smoothly. I was hesitant prior to meeting her.

Seriously I should have gotten a storage space a lonnnngggg time ago! I am a frequent traveler and I move more than I care to admit. I needed to move my things into storage last minute and found out about CubeSmart through Sparefoot.com. The representative that assisted me was very kind and understanding. I do wish that he had told me about the free truck move-in option or about the van CubeSmart has on site that's available for customers to use but luckily I only needed to make one trip to the facility. The CubeSmart employees at the front counter were very helpful in making sure I got the right sized storage unit. Turns out I didn't need as much space as I had initially thought I would and ended up getting a locker which left me with plenty of room. Overall I am very happy and SO relieved that my belongings are in a secure and clean place.

My experience was fair. The hours are convient. The representatives were helpful. I did not like that there were no stairs and that the access code was a long number to key in everytime you got in the elevator or cxome in to building. I do not like that there is no light in the storage unit itself.
