I chose the 5x5 and it was so much bigger than I originally thought. Access was so easy. It felt safe and secure. The whole process was so hassle free. The customer service was great!

The location is easy to get to, and is very clean. There are plenty of security measures in place, but anyone can walk into the facility once the gate goes up. I saw 2 people walk through at different times on foot without pressing in an entrance code. Christy, the manager, was nearly 10 minutes late opening the office, and had an attitude for the entire time I interacted with her. Buddy was great. He was knowledgeable and kind. He showed me the unit and explained the 2 ways to get to it. When I returned the following day to place items in my unit, Christy and a different man was in the office. No greeting at all. They only time they looked up from their phones or computer screens was when I spoke. My experience at CubeSmart can be better if the office staff was more engaging and helpful.

This place is one of the few places in New York City that works like it should. If they had a wide screen TV and a bartender – I'd be there all the time. The size, the price, the people (the best!) and the newness of it all make it truly one of the better NY consumer experiences I've had. It's not the easiest getting through the local traffic but where in New York City is it?

My family and I used a prior storage place even after they pulled the okie doke.. they 2x our rent after 3 months.. glad we found CS and hopefully we can stay with CS until we’re ready for our big move. Maricela was extremely friendly and helpful. She showed us our unit which we liked immediately and processed our paperwork in a timely manner. CS IS THE BEST!!

Great spacious parking lot. All way dolly to move your stuff in and out. Not to busy where there a wait time for the elevator. The unit size is have is the biggest I had so far and the least expensive

We found out about the insurance charge when we arrived at the facility. $12/mo. We do have this covered by our home insurance, but we had no idea that this would be part of the deal. We used CubeSmart in Pennsylvania with none of this insurance need. I wasn't sure why I was forced to pay an expense that CubeSmart should cover as a business cost. The staff was friendly and helpful.
