I'm located in the basement, it smells like mildew. The floor is feel weak like it's going to cave in. Additionally, there are no lights in the unit.

Phenomenal experience - the staff was friendly and very helpful. Henry even helped me move in to make sure I'd be done before closing time so I could return my UHaul - above and beyond, would absolutely recommend to friends.
