Alexis gave me the best customer experience that Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never received over the phone and in person. And she is one of the best at this location. And she was so much patience with me, to make sure I got what I needed.

Ended up upgrading to this unit , so I just did a transfer , it was a smooth move

As a person not born and raised in NYC, you hear a lot about how most people and businesses are rude and deliver poor customer service. I was very surprised at the rates offered at this facility, thinking it would be negated by poor customer service. To my surprise, I was greeted with a smile, and the reps conducted themselves very professionally. The facility was very clean, and they made it very easy to get in and out of the building to unload my items. They were very courteous and I already recommended the location to a few friends.

The gentleman that took care of me was very professional ! His name was Alex also like my name he explained everything to the tee. It was no confusion I moved my stuff right away in a timely manner thank you again for the great service.

Spare foot (website I booked with) is sort-of good about showing a general idea of the price but at the actual storage facilities (in this case life storage) there are a bunch of hidden fees, for locks, insurance and such outside of the administration fee, and even if you rent multiple units, you need to pay an administrative fee for each*. On the ground, customer service sucks and an employee literally told me 'not my problem' when I complained about a unit requiring a ladder to get in and out of with my numerous items. 1 customer service agent named Wendy, was as helpful as she could be when I called the company to lodge a complaint and request a refund (I left the following day for a new storage space)....refund still pending to my credit card.

There was an issue on the date I was to move in and the facility was unstaffed for a few hours. The company sent someone out to cover as soon as they were notified. Although I was impatient and left before anyone arrived, I was contacted by phone to let me know that someone would be there if I decided to return. In these days, that's commendable!

This is a 24-hour access storage facility with an ample supply of elevators, trolleys, and ladders. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. Charges and policies were explained in a clear but concise manner which is much appreciated.

The facility is very well maintained. Ms Anderson behind the counter was above and beyond being helpful in explaining and walking me thru the process of how to enter and leave the building. She was very gracious in informing me as to insurance, and how to upgrade when the time arrives. I plan on using this Storage facility for many years to come. The young lady behind the counter on sunday 04/29 should be commended and rewarded for her outstanding demeanor and customer service. Very knowledgeable and quick check. Explained to her was moving out of current storage place with uhaul and she had the patience to allow us to fully complete tge move in even as it ran a little past closing. Dont find that kind of customer service anywhere these days. Its people like her that would make me recommend this place to everyone
