Extra Space Storage - 4224 - New Rochelle - Birch St

You get harassed by customers about the rolling ladder, when they know there's two of them, the customer service were very rude and prejudice to have stalked me about me staying pass 10 o clock about twice in 3 months I've been there, which was only about 20 minutes, then proceed to kick me out with no warning just telling me they are not going to accept my payment on Oct.6 2026 so yes I had a very bad experience

I'm very pleased so far with the whole experience here. Great service, access, and clean facility!

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had a great experience with this storage facility. The units are clean, well-lit, and secure, and the climate control gives me peace of mind about storing my belongings long-term. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. Access is easy, with convenient hours and a smooth check-in process. Overall, a reliable and well-maintained place to store your things.

Very friendly and helpful. Clear on pricing. Easy to work with. So appreciated!

Very direct and easy to reserve

Quick response and effort free renting.

Emily and Jazmin were great. I am handicap, that said the staff helped me get a unit on the first floor next to the entry door and assisted me in how to use the lock and storing some items. The place is very clean, nice lighting, conveniently located and with handicap parking next to the entry doors. The staff is FANTASTIC. The girls are helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you Emily and Jazmin for making my experience a delight!!!

Helpful staff, clean place. Plenty of space in a 10x15

My experience with Life Storage was very easy. The customer service was great and the cleanliness of the unit and facilities exceeded my expectations.
