Everything was set B4 arriving locked in my price the guy went an looked for the unit for me a found the deal ?

The loading dock, office area and is all I saw but it was very, well lit and seemed secure.

Lizette is your best worker if it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t for her I would have went to a different storage company better make her the manager.

Check in was pretty straightforward and the facility seemed to be well-kept.

Lissette and Mamadu were fantastic. Great Customer service and prompt service.

Everything was so easy and fast. The receptionist (Jacquelyn) was super Friendly and helpful.

This was a super easy website to use and made the process very simple!

Clean space, however the information that is posted is different from when you actually move in. They should be more upfront with their policies and pricing, and informing people that some of the spaces are actually shared spaces.

Pick up and drop off seems easy, desk workers were very nice and helpful.

I've had three different units, and never had any problems.

I had to move in the day before thanksgiving and process was seamless with help of great customer service and speedy processing upon arrival.

It does what it has to do for the price but once its closing time doesn't matter if you're in the building or not they will lock everything down.

Every body was so nice and helpful thae prices are great . A man even helped me bring my stuff to my locker they also let me see the room before I paid which I really appreciated

Everything went smoothly and was explained fully. I felt confident leaving my belongings. The whole staff including cashier, pick up driver and elevator runner were professional, timely, friendly.

First space was to small had to get a larger unit.

They were very helpful and guided me thru my move in.

I was a bit leery at first due to the location and the older building,, but was won over by the friendly customer service when I called to set up a pickup to e for my *FREE* truck and driver. Bello helped me to coordinate the truck arrival with my laborer's availability. Between making a reservation and the day of move-in, NYC Mini called several times to confirm everything and ask if I had any questions. The move went very smoothly, Juan the driver was fantastic, and Aisha at the facility explained everything clearly and efficiently. I feel that my possessions are safe due to the strict security policy.

The first time I used spare foot, they deleted my reservation by the time I got to the facility. It was within the timeframe I said I'd visit them. Their rates were so low I went to them directly to reserve and they had a difficult time finding an open unit. They finally offered me a unit with a pole inside and gave me an additional discount. I had mid-level expectations and they were met.

Everything was explained from the phone call I first made. Paperwork was quick. This was a last min storage.

This place is not bad. The people are very nice. You get what you pay for. There is no a/c though. And there is a lot of miscommunication. Other then that they do try and accommodate you. Yes I would recommend this place to friends and family. I'm happy.

I got a bigger size unit for a smaller sized amount of dollars. Helpful staff.

Needed to store my car for a while and they were able to accommodate me exactly and for a great price compared to other storage yards

The time frame was excellent, the service was excellent. I really felt that my things were in good hands. Once I got to the location, it was clean and very neat.

Friendly staff, nice units. Felt pretty safe with my stuff being locked there. Could have a more updated look though.

You have to wait for an employee to access the elevator and take you to your floor. If you are a woman, its safer & better to have some accompany you. The space, price and supplies are adequate.

It could use ac on the upper floors but other then that it's no problem at all.

The Truck was an hour late that came to pick me up and the elevator broke once forcing to use the back elevator. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the price is reasonable therefore I would use this facility again

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. My delivery driver was top notch, very helpful and courteous. The wker at the storage unit was helpful and pleasant.

This amazing last minute find was such a blessing. Customer service was fantastic. Location worked out wonderfully.

When I arrived they showed me the room, I asked for a different one because there was a column taking up a part of the space. He said no problem, gave me another. Went down to office, filled the paperwork out in a few minutes while my guys moved the stuff up, easy peasy! it's a bit out of the way but not far from Manhattan and much cheaper for a good sized room. It was actually too big but they said I could always downsize when I return if I wanted. Good facility, nice staff.

Very accommodating service. The truck came early and even waited over 15 minutes for my brother to arrive and load the truck. I'm in a wheelchair and the people were very helpful in accommodations to make things easier for me. The facility is fully accessible and so are the storage units.

The staff is always helpful, a lady even knows my name and locker number by heart. clean facilites, new storage lockers easy parking. all around a good place

was a great experience

I was running late due to traffic and they were nice enough to wait until we arrived. They also helped us unload the truck and fill my storage unit. The paperwork went very quickly. The next day I returned to grab a few items and I had to show ID to enter the premises, which was very comforting.

It is better than paying Manhattan prices to park. The gentleman who helped me out did the best he was able to, but I had a couple questions and the manager would not come out to talk to me. Most importantly, when making the reservation, speaking with someone on the confirmation phone call, and reading all the emails, the only charge that is mentioned is a $20 admin fee, which is very misleading. At the facility I was told I had to leave 1 month's rent as a deposit plus the admin fee-it would be very helpful if that was mentioned earlier.

Just moved in - extremely helpful staff, clean and safe. Not sure why it took so long for the office to process the paperwork, but an overall good experience.

Customer Service and unite helpers were exceptional. The first storage I was given didn't work out well with the amount of boxes I had so the workers were able to help me move all my boxes to a suitable one. All the helpers were really kind and understanding. All the paperwork was quick and easy. Great working people!
