Using the storage,gives you so many benefits, even if it's a distance away, it's still worth the trip, and the space to organize properly.

Just moved in, all smooth, the place is clean, the staff nice.

Minimal parking. Saw many auto repair companies storing car parts. Saw some construction companies also storing stuff

There are so many storage facilities to choose from, but based on my experience, no other company can compare or compete with New Rochelle Drive-Up Storage!!!!

The staff are kind and helpful. Prices could be better but ok compared to some other near-by units. Not the most convenient to load/unload if they are even a little busy due to size of space and depending what youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re moving. Had to clean my unit since it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t prepped ahead of time. Not only dirty with dust and dirt but had debris and glass.

I am very happy how the customer representative worked with me to find the best possible option for storage. This was a perfect example of how customer service should and can be! He should be promoted and receive a great bonus for his fantastic work…

Price and customer service was above and beyond however the cleanliness of the place is unsatisfactory. I was not even able to wash my hands because the bathroom was so filthy and to be honest I only saw one worker and it is impossible for him to do it all. There was a janitor's closet but not janitor in sight. I came from a storage facility where it was immaculate in terms of cleanliness but the price was ridiculous.

Carts should be longer to accommodate items to move to units. Addition parking needed especially when commercial vehicles take up most of spaces.

If you're looking for storage in the NYC area, this gem of a place is the one to choose. The manager Jeannette gets an A for customer service. She treated me so well from the first phone call on. I was looking for storage for my brother who is an artist in NYC. We feel so blessed that out of all the places I called and visited that we ended up here. Thank you, Jeannette and Jaz for treating us so well and knowing our storage needs even before seeing all my brother's latest art creations.
