Have not seen my unit, but I have a friend who's also with sparefoot, prime. and I believe wholeheartedly that it's a great place for what I have to store thank you.

Clean, well maintained facility with friendly & helpful staff. The moving truck and dollies to help move in and unload were extremely helpful. One of the better facilities that I have rented.

I never write reviews of any kind , but felt strongly enough to write this one. Every time I call the person who answers seems annoyed no matter who it is. They related the prices with no real for warning in the middle of a pandemic when people are under financial strain. And it is requirement that I put here my name and email address which I am apprehensive about in fear of retaliation of this review.

The hours suck . Very inconvenient. Should open at 6 am to atleast 8pm

Although the area is clean. The company raises the prices of the storage unit without a proper rationale. It seem that within six months of having the storage unit, the company raised the pricing $40. Considering many people are in financial struggles due to the pandemic, price raising is unnecessary and greedy. My unit has not changed, nor us there an explanation such as property taxes, etc.

I have been a customer for two and some months years, the one reason why I remained a customer were the price, cleanliness and excellent staff workers. Since the pandemic 2020, this company ignored the economic impact and decided to increase rates with only a one month notice. If the increase was merited it would have been fine, however, in my case the increase was more than a almost 40% overage. They couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even as a loyal paying on time customer reduce the increase rate to pay at least 25 or 30% less then offered. Shame on the proprietor, landlords werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even allowed to increase tenants rents. Lastly, this company isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t keeping up with the extermination, theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re are rodents causing damage to storage units and this wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the case in the past, I complained about it and was only given the option, to inform the facility, they will take a report, photos, so this can get processed through the insurance I already pay for. So the solution is, I should reimburse myself for damages, caused by rodents. My response is looking to upgrade apartment space, so I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have accept pay more and receive substandard services.
