You will start at a fair introductory rate and move all your stuff in - they will then proceed to raise the rate about every 6 months - you will eventually have to pay to move all your stuff out as the rates become sky high - there is barely any negotiation and they definitely don't give any discounts for long term or good customers

Although there were some issues with leaking and price discrepancies between online and in-person booking, the team was so nice and patient so ultimately I have no complaints. Easy to move in with movers, even during a hurricane.

Josh was very resourceful and took the time to listen to all my needs. His recommendations for reserving the unit, then locking it were spot on. Stephanie, the manager, was also readily accessible, and prompt to address a specific need that was not standard. I am grateful they found a solution so quickly. Teamwork!

The process was super easy. Even reserving the unit, they make sure they call you.The staff there explains everything to you, step by step. You can always change the size of the unit you have even after you sign the lease. I was super lucky to rent a unit out during the labor day sale so i got my unit 50% off.. highly recommend.

I think the employees are nice and i've Had some interaction with the manager and she was nice. I do think the building could be cleaner especially the elevators and I think the restrooms could be too and more accessible due to the fact they only keep one accessible to the public so the employees can have the other to themselves. I also think the hours could be longer

Your staff are all friendly and helpful, the facility safe, clean, and all that is advertised. I love the fact that at the time of my appointment, I was shown my potential unit BEFORE being asked to sign anything and before I had to commit to it. I was asked questions about what I would be putting in there, in order to be sure that the unit I was getting was the appropriate size. The one thing that would have been helpful to have been told (maybe it's in the contract that I didn't have time to read, as time was in short supply that day) that though the building closes at 7:30, the loading dock bays would be inaccessible earlier than that. Only one was open, and that was only because a u-haul was parked in it. The college kids using it said they thought the gates had been shut at 6:30. I certainly understand the logic of closing them a little earlier, but at 6:55, I expected to be able pull up to the dock. So, since I didn't have too much, I pulled my things from my parked U-Haul outside, effectively doubling my unloading time. I just finished unloading, but it was 7:25, and so was stopped by security. It would have been nice either to have been stopped before unloading and carrying heavy furniture, or been allowed to take it upstairs (maybe the elevators wouldn't work anymore?) Having said that, the security person was a true gentleman, and even helped me pull things from the elevator! Had I known that I wouldn't have easy access a half hour before closing, I could have saved time and considerable expense, and spent the night on Long Island, and avoiding all the traffic and aggravation (U-Haul charges by the mile). That is my only complaint, and had it occurred to me to ask, I am sure I would have been told about the earlier bay closing. So, I recommend that that be stated at check in. The rest? FANTASTIC! Thank you!

The gentleman that assisted me with my first account at public storage was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The staff seemed liked they enjoyed working there and assisting customers. What I enjoyed was that the space was well kept and very clean.

Nice and clean facility. Just wish lockers were wasit height and that ladders were more efficient. Almost fell trying to put my bins in my unit that was like almost 12 feet high the latter wasn't suitable for carrying bins to small.

The staff member I had was nice and professional. I checked out the unit and liked it. Immediately signed up, paid, loaded my items into my now storage and left. No issues or hastle. My only issues, if any, were the fact that they didn't tell me over the phone how much the locker "lock" costs. It was over 25 dollars, just for the lock. I have had storage units before, from public storages in WA and CA, and they were not that expensive. I was surprised, but it wasn't a deal breaker for me, and this was one of the 3x3 type units.

It's a very clean facility, staff here are very helpful (I was helped by Crystal), answer any questions you may have, walk you through the monthly charges and show you the space before you make any commitment. Overall it is a simple move-in, ending the agreement is also easy, it's month-to-month.

The location is convenient, clean and bright. The staff is super personable and considerate. The evening hours are torturous. Not sure why they don't open later. Also a bit confused by being encouraged to sign my contract in advance and it costing me. I understand going through the process in advance, but I don't want to pay for extra days. I would recommend not charging for days incurred because the company is encouraging customers to come in and sign for a contract in advance.

Public storage is my first unit I've ever rented. It's located in a convenient location. The staff was professional at all times. Had a great transitional experience. The only minor negative was that I reserved online for a certain dimension. I was shown the unit but it was in rectangular shape, which was not shown online. (Full disclosure PS)

They greet you by name when you come in and care for things just as they should. I use them personally and for my business. No problems, at least that they did not easily resolve.

I have some months with this storage and it is my first time with this kind of service. Everything from the beginning has been wonderful, a clean site, well lit, a lot room for every needs.

Good rates and good service. Like that they have a bathroom available for use and good parking space to unload. Not far from the train and bus stop.
