The online process was easy and when I stopped in the office to add my tax exemption to the file, Jasmin was very professional and helpful. Took me up to my unit explained the app on my phone and gave me the number to the location's phone.

Appears to be very clean and well run storage facility

Storing my car at the Pelham Public Storage was much simpler than I expected and it was made so by the staff. They greeted me and walked me thru without any problems. The experience was a very good one.

I came in on a good rate for the space. The office staff was extremely friendly. My only issue was the space where my unit was located had an additional door which we had to contend with to get to the space which was a problem with some of the loads because we had wide loads that didn't fit through that door and had to unload and reload which was a pain. Other than that, all good.

Jasmine was amazing! Just covering for that day, she was very thorough with her explanations along with exceptional customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Inexpensive and hassle free. Also it is next to the highway. No complaints.

Very pleasant stuff .good prices .. the only thing is they should clean up the storage before someone moves in mine was very very dusty so I clean it up could have better lighting and better heat very cold ..

Excellent location with a very friendly and professional site manager who will answer all your questions and walk you around the facility. It's a nice secure storage faciltiy with affordable pricing. Some storage units are as low as $1 for the first month ground level!

Great customer service!!! Shonda is great at her job and made moving in quick and comfortable, very professional. Great location!!!! Getting out your car to punch in your gate code needs to be changed. Installation in the units needs maintenance.

Michelle was great! She noticed that the promotional deal that I signed up for was going to expire before I signed my final paperwork and called me up to make sure I still got the rate. The whole process to sign up only took minutes. Quick and efficient!

The people I dealt with including the Property manager were all excellent. I only gave it four stars because I couldn't complete the paperwork online. I understood why I had to come prior to move-in better after I went there.

The thing that stood out was the friendliness of the lady who made the reservation on the phone.
