Guys at the front where extremely helpful

Easier than I thought to move items in. Freight elevators, easy drive up loading dock and hand trucks and dollies readily available.

The guy who helped me was knowledgeable and kind. Got me situated one time and is trustworthy. I left my card with him as I unpack my things, as I was in a rush, no games no gimmicks he did what was expected and nothing more. I wish I remembered his name because he deserves a raise! Lol.

The desk check in was ok, not enough hand trucks for such a large establishment or a system to get them back down to the dock for others in need.

The facility (both the storage area and the office) was very clean and at a good temperature. The only drawbacks were that the staff member was initially unfriendly, and there was only one worker; more were needed.

Friendly staff. Very pleasant and easy experience overall. The price was the lowest I have found. My only concern is had is that although they has cameras and their protocol for locks seem fine, anyone can walk upstairs to the units.

So I found this place online made a reservation and when I got there everything was done all I had to do was fill out the paperwork. Very easy the staff was friendly and very helpful.

I love storage post. I feel extremely comfortable when entering the facility. I will recommend Storage Post to all my friends.

The website misrepresented the actual size of the space. There is a large pole/pipe inside the space that reduces the actual size to about 8x10. The staff did not inform me in advance, instead I was told that was the reason for the discounted price. Then I was told there were no 10x10 at the price that I was quoted available on the ground floor. I would have to pay more for a 10x10 without the obstruction on a higher level. I didn't feel safe during the move in even though it was just after Sun down, because there was a physical altercation while I moved in my belongings. Two other customers started fist fighting and the one staff member that was present simply watched and did nothing. She was aloof and unaffected by the obvious issues. She didn't call the police or anything she just watched. The same customers were rude and disrespectful to me and my family while we tried to leave. One of the two men began cursing at us as we backed out of our parking space. There were no carts available to help with move my belongings. The staff did nothing to about it. There were no cups to drink water in the office. Though there was a water cooler and I asked the staff for a cup. I was unable to get any water. I'm not happy with this organization. I want to move my things out as soon as possible. To be honest this has been the worst storage experience I have ever had.

I am happy with my decision to rent here. I got 2 months free. It's clean. The elevators are huge industrial sized ones. There's even an electric lift to load your stuff right onto to take it up to the elevator. They have thought of everything to make moving convenient. Thumbs way up!

Moving in was pretty quick because the unit was on the ground floor and we could pull up the truck right next to the ramp. Could have been faster but the employee was very inefficient and insisted on showing me the unit before moving in to make sure it was big enough even though I told her that I know what 5x10 looks like. She also had me go back and forth between the truck and the office to do paperwork even though it could have been done all at once. I got there 45 minutes before closing so I wanted to get the paperwork done so I could help the movers get the stuff in before they closed. Luckily, we finished moving just in time. The location was a little dirty. There was an empty soda can in the storage unit so I wouldn't be surprised if they have a pest problem but other than that, it didn't seem too bad.

so far so good. pleasant staff . easy access from main thoroughfare . looking forward to a continuing satisfying experience that I expect will reaffirm the knowledge that storage post was and is the right choice for my storage needs.

Just put my belongings into one of their lockers. The price was great and it's SUPER clean!!!! The staff was friendly and very helpful! I definitely recommend it!

A few things in the storage facility broken on the floor possible from a tenant otherwise pretty cleanly. Men at the desk were friendly and helpful. Just a little concerned about security system but it seems okay.

Initially the first unit we were given was less than ideal, but upon request they gave us a nice unit, (larger even) at the same price.

IM A NEW CUSTOMER AND ITS ONLY BEEN A FEW DAYS. I FEEL THAT MY VALUABLES ARE SECURED AND I HAVE NO CONCERNS.

Although it took a bit longer to move my stuff in than I expected because the space they showed me was actually already rented, it was an easy and pleasant process.

On Sparefoot.com the unit was listed as a 5X5 unit (which means 8" ceiling) for $36, but when I got ready to check in it was a 5X5 locker (which means 4" ceiling) which is why I did check in because the price went up to $89 instead of $36. Not what I was expecting. Could have been a mistake but it was not MY mistake so someone should have honored the price.

Storage Post just took over this location and are offering excellent rates, in a a clean facility. Apparently they're going to update the security system as well. I'm very pleased with my experience here so far.
