The customer service is excellent and KM was the best customer service personnel I ever have dealt with. She was patient and courteous and took the time to show me several units and explained in detail everything I needed to know to make my decision to move in that same day. Can't ask for anyone better.

Great space and customer service

The Lady who was helped me when I first walked in was amazing at helping me find the perfect storage unit for my business needs. She was helpful, nice and definitely knowledgeable about the units. I highly recommend Storage Post on Bruckner Blvd

From the very first phone call upon my arrival there was so much hospitality I wanted to do the survey on-site however the only thing I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t aware of was the price u was giving would put me in a upper storage as to where I have to use a ladder but blessings come in all forms Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m grateful thanks a lot

I reserved my storage unit online and when I showed up to move in I was in and out in under an hour. Great customer service & I appreciate the COVID precautions.

Seen I been here renting I never had a problem or any complain

There was only one employee in the whole place. She was very nice and helpful but we had to wait a very long time. Also the police were there, responding to a report of theft. The unit was old and dirty and hard to access.

My mom has been using storage from here since September and Nychelle has provided her with so much help. Thank you !

Nycelle was so pleasant & helpful the unit i was Gunna occupy was not the right size & she quickly offer a better unit the move was very easy for me ((&i did it alone))

Edgar assisted with changing the storage room for its location at my request. He reassured me for the storage room location, temperature and safety.Also he heloed me discard my boxes. He said, This only because it's your first time. We smiled.

I like the overrall look of the place. Hadnt been there long enough to really judge.

Right over bridge from manhattan so super convenient by car. Good rates. NOT a 24 hour facility so keep that in mind if you're someone who needs constant access to your belongings.

Can have more storage rolling carts (flat beds).

I was at big apple mini storage before and they had limited hours and they charge $10 if you pay by cr card. That's why I chose this storage. They open till 8pm.

It doesn't offer moving help, which is a minus and there were some people lurking around the building that were a little sketchy, but assuming the security is upheld, it is ok. Also, the price for the room I got is competitive.

To be fair the guy there eventually helped me secure a unit that was close to what I was promised when I booked. But it took over two hours total and was such a head ache. The unit was not as described. And I was offered a unit close to what was described for me for a much higher rate. I left feeling okay after working with the guy for two hours on all the issues. And Im not sure if it's their fault or the booking services fault. I got there and the unit was not as described. The celing was supposed to be 8 ft. It wS four foot with a beam making it shorter than four ft at parts. The door to the entrance was 3x3 which wasn't mentioned. Also it was up a set of stairs and up a ladder. The top of the unit was closed off by sketchy looking wire not by a wall. One unit I was shown had a hole in the yop so you could reach into other storage units. Another unit I was shown the door only opened a few inche's becaide of a beam in the way. Horrible.

We had an easy time moving our items into the unit. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The units are relatively clean, safe and easy to access. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I would recommend a process to insure more of the hand carts are returned to the first floor - like collecting an ID for their use etc.

The guy working the front was super nice and the facility works for hat I need. Has convent parking and loading docs.

Good: -Clean facility -Easy to reach Not so good -Only one person working. I waited for 15 minutes outside until the employee was back to let me in -Our reserved price was not the price we paid. Between reserving and signing the contract (4 days), the price had gone up. What's the point of reserving then? -The second floor does not have a "full floor" but a metal one with holes. It makes it very difficult to move things on wheels.

Micheal was very professional, hospitable and processed my paperwork quickly and efficiently. I was nervous about hidden charges since this is my first time renting a storage box. I am very happy with my experience.

Although I had to wait 5 minutes to be let into the building overall the experience was pretty good. I was able to access my unit with no issues. The use of 3 dolly's helped to speed the process a long. I would use this storage space again in the future.

Things are simple. Moving about the space. Getting in and out with your easy to remember code. Pricing is very do-able and they have all that you'd need. My only complaint is that its not 24-hour. sigh.

There were inconsistencies in the offer. What I read online, what was discussed over the phone and what I encountered when I came into the facility ready to move in were THREE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORIES. You should be upfront abt all costs & policies and procedures. These issues made my move in a longer process and inconvenienced me. Not to mention the gas money and time wasted.

I went to Storage Post Bronx with a friend of mine two months ago. We shared a box to store four pieces of luggage. The price was very cheap and we found the place quite clean and very secure. We have not taken our luggage back yet, but we are sure that no problems will arise. The lady who assisted us was also very polite and available to respond to all our requests. I strongly recommend it!

Looks like its exsctly ehat i was looking for and the reservation online worked quickly and easy

I chose this storage cause the price was right. It was near the subway and near the highway so easy to get to. When I was moving in I realized that I needed a bigger space. The staff was very helpful in the change. They were great and very friendly.

Every thing is good except i was oblige to buy an insurance even if I have the same insurance so doubled the insurance which is useless.

Each person I spoke with and interacted with was very helpful. The process was easy and straightforward.

Bonnie helped check me in and find the appropriate unit after there was a little mix up with the unit I reserved online. Friendly staff and clean units. Plenty of push carts as well. All this made my move in painless and smooth.

Great customer service, the person at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. However, the application process takes too long and results in long wait lines. The process needs to get automated or more people added to assist.

4/5 stars there was only one person working which caused delay and she started out rude but once she noticed how i was affected by her attitude she was very nice. The place is organized and clean but lack of security.

It was my first time there..the storage specialist was really nice however their system was down for a long time so it took really long to get the sign up process started and when I received the unit it wasn't even swept inside

First I have to say the employees here are wonderful. They are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. I was also very impressed with building security, amenities and access hours. I liked everything about this storage facility until I was informed about their extreme late fees and ridiculously quick and aggressive acquisition of people's belongings. I set up automatic payments so it isn't a concern for me but it makes me question whether I want to remain with Storage Post and prevents me from recommending them to anyone. It's a shame because I like this facility and its employees far more than my other storage facility that I have had for past 8 years.

Other than the endless time to settle the paperwork, interrupted by a parade of phone calls and other issues, everything's been great. But one person handling everything is asking for long delays and customer frustration!

Very reasonable situation. The regular rent, after the first month being free, will be slightly higher than for the same size at another company; but the difference is in proportion, considering the access to transportation, and/or real estate according to neighborhood. Glitch: I would have been stuck with leaving some things in the unit unlocked overnight, if an employee hadn't come along at the time (he must have heard me banging), when I couldn't get the hasp for the lock to slide into place. I didn't know there was anybody there at the time, to ask for help, because it was later than office hours, with access to storage going until a few hours later.

Sparefoot helped me find this spot, which is a really clean facility with good deals for the most part. What sparefoot neglected to tell me was that my $52 locker could only be accessed by ladder (meaning the facility would not let me store my mattress there), so I had to move up to a $66 unit. other than that, all good.

I had to wait for contracted moving truck, which was rude unprofessional. I was very angry. But when I arrived to the facility, the gentlemen at the front desk made me feel important. He believed in good customer service. He was polite and appropriately handled the situation. By the time I left, I felt like a valuable customer.
