Storage Post - Pelham

The facility is very clean and had a quick process.

So far I love this place mostly because of the accessibility and cleanliness. I work in the entertainment industry, therefore I need 24Hour access when I am done with a gig at 2 or 3am to store my equipment.

Signed up moved in it was an okay experience the staff who helped me rafiki? Was very nice. The issue came when the day after i signed up i kept getting text and emails that my payments were due. i called and asked about the reminders was told my voucher was not in the system yet. So literally a week later i get dropped off at the facility to put away some more of my items only to be locked out of the facility. I called could not get any help no one answered the phones. So a nice gentleman who was also storing at the time told they suspended accounts if bills are not paid. Mind you this is a week after i sign up and i was promised a month free so that was a huge mistake on there part. All I got was my money on credit for the next month to pay.So that was extremely annoying and a hugh inconvenience. Not sure how often this happens but just be mindful of that.

Decent facility, good customer service, easy access to units and decent parking.

My only issue is that I booked one thing online with a certain type of description and when I got there she told me this is what I booked. My description still in my hand with the confirmation says roll up door climate controlled but I was taken to a locker and not the unit. Ended up having to upgrade to what I already booked and paying more monthly.

Young lady in the front was very nice and helpful! Looked at different storage facilities and realize the price and convenience of this location was best for me. Made my decision easy!

I needed a place near campus for my college freshman to keep her stuff until next semester- this facility exceeded our expectations! hey have an on site manager who was very helpful. The facilities are very clean and secure.
