Really great experience. Staff was professional and friendly -- they checked in with me a few times before move in and were great on move in day. Space itself is clean and safe. It was great to have the loading dock to pull my moving truck in too. Overall excellent experience.

They provided great service and helped with the entire process from beginning to end.

Costumer service was informed and courteous. Only gripe was while moving in the automatic door is designed to repeatedly shut on you, so you constantly are having to put in the long door code to reenter the storage area. Otherwise it was great.

The staff was great! It sucked that my unit was on the top, but otherwise it was great! I thought I would get a little more space but it is okay..

I wish there was better communication between Super Move and CubeSmart. My mover seemed to not realize I was paying $200 for labor and I had to kind of coax (for the lack of better words) he was on board and extremely helpful once I made it clear to him I wanted more than the free truck and driver. Security and cleanliness are my top priority and I was extremely impressed. Customer service was very transparent and professional. The only thing I do not like is the 6-8 month rent increase. Storage should be standard especially in NYC. It would be nice to have something to count on with being priced out of neighborhoods and basic housing but I digress...Will definitely recommend this place to a friend.

The free moving van for 4 hours was extremely helpful and economically a steal. I had prepared my move meticulously and had 2 friends help, and still used the full 4 hours, so keep that in mind when you move. My one semi-complaint is that the unit ceiling was lower than I've been used to with storage places in the past. Still, I managed to get everything in, so things could be worse. Price isn't anything to brag about, but hey, it's New York. Plus, 1st month is free and being I'm just using it for a few months at most, so I'll take it as a deal.

This was a very simple process. The team at CubeSmart knew I was coming and had my space ready to go. Syndi was very thorough in describing the safety features of the facility and showing me how everything works. My storage locker, though kind of annoying to reach (it can only be accessed by ladder), was clean and feels secure.

The move was easy, and they were very helpful and accommodating with finding a truck for me on short notice. The place strikes me as clean and secure. The staff were helpful and answered all my questions promptly, although I wish they had explained a little more thoroughly the truck rental policy when I talked to them on the phone a few days prior to signing a contract. However, when I was confused about which facility on Atlantic Ave. I was supposed to rent the staff were wonderful at both locations about helping me find the correct facility. I would say it was a very positive experience and would certainly recommend Cubesmart to friends.

Everything a storage unit should be. Right next to a u-haul truck rental which is great. Just wish it was a little closer to a subway. Very friendly and helpful staff which made the storage set-up quick and easy. I did have a woman hassle me to enter my password so she could get into the building when I was moving which was somewhat strange and frustrating. Yet I felt safe storing my stuff here seeing security cameras with video monitors and passwords for entryways.

My experience with cubesmart at 1050 Atlantic ave was excellent. They moved my move in date easily and were transparent throughout the process.

Security looks good. Pretty clean and service was good. Nothing to complain about so far.

I came right before closing and the manager still did the paperwork with me and allowed me to move the stuff I had with me in even though he was closing! Great service!
