CubeSmart Self Storage - Brooklyn - 486 Stanley Ave

I got a reservation from SpareFoot.com for 10/31/23 for a specific price. I was told by both the employee and manager that they would not honor the rate despite seeing the reservation email from SpareFoot.con and speaking with a representative from SpareFoot. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll NEVER use this facility. Horrible and short sighted customer service.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Half star taken off for presence of rodents but none seen. Space is clean and facility was spotless. Staff was happy and willing to show all siZes and took the time to explain billing, use, access. Highly recommended.

There was a flood he day of my move in and they were able to move me to another unit quickly and easily.

I was happy to find such a deal of $18 for a locker, just what I needed it, however when I got to the storage, the clerk told me there was a mandatory insurance fee of $12, which is more than half of the storage itself. Still cheap but I was disappointed to see such a catch.

I was quite pleased with this storage facility. The only issue I had was that the availability times posted on the doors said it was open until 5pm but I was still moving my stuff in and was called and told that it was 4:30 and they were closing and that the sign was wrong. I was a little disappointed with that. Otherwise it was a smooth experience and I will continue to use them

They were fast and attentive. Had my reservation ready and waiting. Got everything done and moved in, in under 45 minutes! I would totally recommend this facility to anybody looking for storage rental.
