Extra Space Storage - 1802 - Brooklyn - 37th St

Check in was super easy. They moved Mr down from the 4th floor to the 2nd and it was really nice because I didn't even ask, every time I go by to stop by my locker the employes are really friendly and open!

Loved the staff. Got to work with Jay and she was funny and knowledgeable. Got the right size for the best price!

Cannot say enough good things about this place! Very clean and newly renovated facility, with easy loading procedures. Ample availability of dollies and elevators so I could always efficiently move in my things. Easy reservation process with no strings attached, with a check-in call right before my move-in date. I also had several questions leading up to my move in and could always reach someone. Onsite staff is also helpful and very courteous. Staff were very attentive to my needs and questions. I couldn't have asked for an easier storage experience. Special shout out to Wesley for being super helpful, transparent and going above and beyond to ensure that I was matched with the right size and price for my needs!
