WENT TO PICK UP STUFF THEY HAD A RED LOCK ON MY UNIT WHICH WAS ODD SINCE MY UNIT WAS PAID UP TO DATE AND THEY HAD CREDIT CARD ON FILE. SEEMS LIKE A SCAM LUCKILY I WENT DURING THE DAY OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO ACCESS MY BELONGINGS FOR NO REASON

I came in I was greeted and helped with the size spot and at the proper price I needed and then I was given a tour. Building is secure and the 24hr access is great.
