Extra Space Storage - 4190 - Brooklyn - Fort Hamilton Pkwy

The in-take process was very straightforward and clear. I wish I could use my own lock, but other than that the place is easily accessible and clean!

I am only leaving a one star review because of the office manager, Ebe. I received a call from the store manager telling me that the trash cans outside the life storage place aren't really trash cans and to come back and take the trash that I left in there. Instead of letting me know in a normal, calm way, she gave me a big attitude and was yelling at me over the phone. I have never been so insulted as I was tonight. I finished the phone call in tears. Her name is Ebe and she is a horrible employee. I will be filing an official complaint against her.

Just moved in but sign up was super easy, facility is very clean and has everything you need to move things to your unit. Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know if this is standard for all storage facilities but just know you have to pay for insurance on top of what the price of the unit is. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s only $15-30 depending on how much coverage you get but something to keep in mind when looking at price

Lena is incredible! Such a wonderful, generous and competent employee!

I visited several storage facilities in the Brooklyn area and have to say that this one was hands down the cleanest. Lena was nice enough to show me around (even though I was late for my appointment and she was about to go to lunch). Efficient, professional and courteous. I make the big move soon but so far a great experience.

This facility is a smidge of the beaten path for Park Slope/Windsor Terrace, but if you have a car (which you would need anyway to move your stuff) itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a much better value.

Need storage space near house because of work being done in apartment.
