The customer service was great. The staff is very friendly and patient with you. They didn't make me feel like I was taking too much of their time. The facility is clean and well kept. It's good to know they are taking care of it well to maintain the units. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I rented a unit from the public storage located on utica Ave between glenwood and kings highway. Hannah the young lady that was on site was pleasant and helpful. Only problem was having a unit not on the ground but once I got up there it wasn't so bad. Professional and courteous peoe that work here.

DAPHNE is s great help she impressed my daughter and I with her warm pleasant demeanor. Keep wonderful pleasant associates like her your business will always have returning customer's and new clientele.
