I have been with Public Storage 12 years and have always had good service, I am continuing at another location due to fact, it's within walking distance for me due to a slight disability I need a closer storage area though there is another one a few blocks away. My experience with public storage great price and brand loyalty has me maintaining storage with public storage, management has been great in meeting my needs at the storage sites.

Only negative issue was (in my opinion) unnecessary upselling of disc locks. I had my own padlock and was told it would not be sufficient. When I got to see storage unit, I realized it would have been fine.

This unit is the closest one to my place so it was a no brainer. The reservation process and the woman on the phone were very knowledgeable, helpful and worked fast to get my appointment. The staff on-site is friendly and helpful. One slight complaint about the facility: the overhead light above my unit has been out for weeks. So it's a bit dark. Also it's very expensive- $71 all in monthly for a 5x5 ladder access unit. I recommend trying to get the online rate, rather than the phone rate.

Truth is this is a very temporary storage for me. However, if I even expected long storage, I'd certainly use this storage facility. The price is fair, and for me, the location is convenient. The place is impeccably clean and bin accessibility easy (I especially like that extra secure lock I bought from them). Thank you Public Storage #29206.
