I recently stored my belongings at the Brooklyn location (269 Gold Street) for about a month and I had a seamless experience. The staff, particularly Nate, Viola, and Christina, were super polite, friendly, and helpful. Accessing the unit was straightforward, and getting in and out went smoothly. Don't forget to pack your patience. Parking is available but only 3 spots and the elevator took a bit of getting used to, but once we figured it out, it was a breeze. Both moving in and moving out were issue-free, which was a huge relief. Overall, I'd highly recommend this storage facility for its excellent customer service and hassle-free experience. Kudos to the team!

The office was very helpful and efficient. The facility was easy to check in, unload, and find our unit. Coming from a somewhat country setting to downtown Brooklyn was intimidating and we were nervous about using a storage unit. This place made it simple and easy. It was a great relief as we pulled away, knowing how easy it had been. Thank you.
