We came into this facility without knowing what to expect. But Khalil was so kind and patient and went through the whole process with us. Showed us our unit. And no gimmicks or games . Just a wonderful experience. Would recommend to anyone

Ok so.... this storage is a good place to come put all your belongings they are very friendly and helpful...THE PRICES ARE VERY LOW AND...CLEAN WITH CAMERA SECURITY...MY DISLIKE IS THAT THE BATHROOM 🚻 IS NOT AVAILABLE TO THE CUSTOMERS..THEY PUT UP A SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYING NO PUBLIC BATHROOM...IM NOT PUBLIC IM A PAYING CUSTOMER...ALSO THE STORAGE HOURS ARE SO SHORT AND SHOULD BE 24HOURS IF YOU WANT 24 HOUR ACCESS YOU HAVE TO PAY👎👎👎😠🤔🤔

Price is low. Great. I am on a budget. Only have few things. Also, next to beach. I can buy a beach chair now.

Everything from start to finish was practically handheld as far as customer service. Showed me everything before I could even think of a question. Training how to maneuver within a facility with locks and ladders inside the building and outside the building takes time.

Had to store holiday items for a few years. Just cleared it all out . My items were always safe! Comfortable climate and CLEAN. Very clean place. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. Everyone always smiling. Cameras EVERYWHERE.... I'd recommend to a friend in a heart beat. Гўв„ўВҐГЇВёВЏ

This is my first time renting a storage unit. The facility is clean and comfortable. It was easy to fill out all the necessary paperwork. Charles was very helpful to me in all aspects of the process. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know.

All ladders are not stable - they are shaking and make uncomfortable to use it

The prices are great. And, I had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to Chauncey, Melissa, and Isaiah. Isaiah answered all of my questions regarding renting a unit, and even called me back after hours. When we encountered an issue with the unit I had reserved, Chauncey quickly started brainstorming solutions, and he and Melissa came up with a great one! I ended up purchasing another unit, and Chauncey flew into action and arranged for it to be quickly cleared of the items that the prior owner had left inside, and then washed, enabling me to move my items into the unit that same morning! I was taken aback at how everyone is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and really spends time to put the customer at ease. I am so glad I went with this facility!

The price is the best we could find, and the staff was incredibly accommodating with a handful of issues and special requests. The place looks clean and very professional. I cannot recommend them enough!

really prefer not to leave a comment at this time, it was cheap and very good and 6 months later bam! triple the rent increase, why did it go up so much i asked? was told that was the going rate... i go to move out and what do you know they lowered it on their own... whaaa? that never happens! a normal rent increase is about 8 to 12% and thats killing it! room was $130, shot up to $390 after 6 months, i call that super rape!

Lanzo is so nice and helpful. I was so pleased with my customer-service experience with him today. I was new to the process, and he answered all my questions and helped me with every aspect of moving in my things.

Unit shown was not what was received. Found out after we paid for our unit. Paid for 24-hr access but no dollies are available after regular business hours. Still, prices are the lowest around and the staff is very nice and helpful.

The property manager was very helpful to me and I appreciated his customer service. The other worker that was there was also very helpful. He actually helped me moved my things even though he didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to. Wonderful experience.

Lanzo is Amazing. I had to move last minute and he accommodated me and answered all my questions. He even gave me a reference for movers (who were the BOMB). The next day when I had to move the two young gentlemen who were there were very professional. Overall, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m beyond pleased with my experience.

Besides the awesome customer service provided, they always got great deals and promotions! They also have 24 hour access which is a ++ in my book.

Doors are left open during the day. Cockroaches found throughout facility and mice traps everywhere. Understandable, we live in Brooklyn, but it can be cleaner. For the price and free truck for 4 hours to bring your stuff in, it's worth it if your on a tight budget.

This facility is easy to get to from the street. I parked right in front and the manager showed up exactly at 9 am when they open. The facility was clean and easy to navigate. The manager explained everything clearly and was very nice. He made a large flatbed cart available to me and showed me what to do to secure my storage unit. He also explained all of the company policies. I am very pleased.
