The staff is very attentive and responsive to my needs. My unit was clean, easily accessible, and I love the smart defend option for added security. I was called soon after I made my reservation on selfstorage.com. I started moving in later that day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Paperwork was quick. The space was very clean and ready to go. No hidden fees or shady business. Very happy with my experience.

Excellent customer service, fast check-in. My only complaint in the location of my unit. I'm not happy about that. I specifically ordered a drive-up unit. I wanted a unit that I could back right up to and empty the back of my car. Instead, I have to park my car in an alley, around the corner of my unit, and haul everything 8 to 10 ft. What makes it even worse is there's a depression in the pavement, so my furniture dolly will not roll through it. Other than that, I would recommend the place.
