Excellent customer service, fast check-in. My only complaint in the location of my unit. I'm not happy about that. I specifically ordered a drive-up unit. I wanted a unit that I could back right up to and empty the back of my car. Instead, I have to park my car in an alley, around the corner of my unit, and haul everything 8 to 10 ft. What makes it even worse is there's a depression in the pavement, so my furniture dolly will not roll through it. Other than that, I would recommend the place.
