Reserved a storage unit online, got a call to confirm and inquire about checking on the unit sizes was able to make an appointment easily. The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful, and was able to answer the questions we had, even allowing us to choose a different unit of the same size that looked better to us. the actual paperwork was easy to fill out and she explained everything for that as well in an easy to understand way. Definitely will rent from here again!
