慎慢
When I got there, it would've been faster if I knew to move the sliding "lock" to the left before lifting the door. I had to return my heavy items back to the car because I couldn't reach a customer service person to ask how to open the door the first time I use it.

Reserved a storage unit online, got a call to confirm and inquire about checking on the unit sizes was able to make an appointment easily. The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful, and was able to answer the questions we had, even allowing us to choose a different unit of the same size that looked better to us. the actual paperwork was easy to fill out and she explained everything for that as well in an easy to understand way. Definitely will rent from here again!
