I was nervous renting site unseen from out of state for my college aged daughter. All my anxiety was for nothing. Barbara run a safe, clean, helpful, and profession place! I couldn't have picked a better place if I saw all Buffalo had to offer.

The facility is very nice and the storage unit is very clean. Customer service was super sweet too.

The lady who helped me was really charming and sweet. She was very informative and clear about how the process of storing my items will go. She had glasses and blond hair im sorry if i forget her name i think it started with an L but she was wonderful!

I called another life storage and they gave me the $99 deal so thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s how they get u then after a few months it goes up to $155

The customer serve was short staffed and had a long line waiting. Once I was helped it was quick and easy with the rapid check in and pre-reserved spot. The pricing is a little high for a 5 by 5 unit that doesn't come with any a/c or electrical sockets.

This is my 2nd time renting from them and at a 2nd location! Both in which was great customer service and very clean it come back again

I didn't have any issues. It worked out good for me.

I wanted to see the storage unit before I signed the paperwork the storage area was clean but the door did not work quite right. Fortunately I had a couple of days before I was going to need the storage unit. he called before I finish the paperwork and made arrangements to fix the door that day and call me later in the day let me know the unit was ready. this was excellent customer service and I was also impressed with the security cameras throughout the storage areas. I will definitely recommend this storage facility to my friends.

Storage unit was still locked by the facility when we were ready to move in, had taken off work, and rented a uhaul all to just not be able to move in because of someone's carelessness! All I received on my account was a $20 credit when a lot more money was lost! Will be calling corporate. Otherwise the unit was reasonably priced.

Overall I am completely satisfied with my unit. The customer service staff was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I rented a 5x10 and was amazed on the items I could fit in it. I would highly recommend to a friend or family member.
