This facility is monitored remotely so if you have any issues you would have to call customer service. Check in was easy and gate code was emailed the date before. Everything was super easy to do online.

My first unit was full and I needed another ASAP. They gave me one right next to the first one, comped me the second cylinder lock and had me on my way in 10 minutes. STRESS FREE! Thank you!

Online check in was easy. Corner unit with a post in front of door made maneuvering certain things difficult but overall for price and location of facility it works.

Excellent service, kind and courteous phone manners on initial call and great experience at desk for reservation check in. Attention to details greatly appreciated in regards to access/security and storage unit information.

Price a little jig but very secure and clean

Charlene was very professional and helpful. I have had other storage units in the past but I was usually on my own to figure things out. She explained everything and even advised I have 2 weeks to use their truck for transport if needed. Kudos!!!!!

There was trouble getting into the storage unit. First, it took several tries to get the gate code to open the gate, though the correct number was punched in. Then, when we got back to the unit, there was a lock on it, that had to be removed. Though I did find Joe to be a very pleasant guy.

Customer service was excellent and the facility was spotless.

customer service at the facility was very good. the facility is secure and it is not too far from our home. The price of the unit was better than the competitors' prices.
